SALES:
Terms, prices, and policies herein are subject to change without prior notice. All orders must be prepaid by one of the following methods: American Express, Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, PayPal, personal check, or money order. Shipping and handling charges must be included in remittance.
SHIPPING:
All orders will be shipped within three business days from receipt of order subject to product availability. If an order cannot be shipped within this time, we will contact you to give you an approximate shipping date. All orders will be shipped UPS, or Fed Ex, or DHL ground if possible. Please allow 5- 7 business days for delivery. All shipments outside the continental United States will be shipped Air Mail if postage is prepaid, or by Air Freight prepaid. Orders for seals shipped to customers outside the United States will include an FAA Form 8130 for each seal.
CLAIMS:
Check all shipments before you sign for them. Should your order arrive in a damaged condition, check contents in the presence of the carrier. Claims for shortage or error in shipment must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. Claims for damage or loss in transit must be made by the consignee directly with the carrier.
RETURNS:
All sales are considered final. A return authorization must be obtained from Aircraft Door Seals before returning any merchandise. All returns must be prepaid. Unless due to an error by Aircraft Door Seals all returns may be subject to a 15% restocking charge. All unauthorized returns or freight shipped collect will be refused and returned to sender.
PRODUCT WARRANTY:
Aircraft Door Seals, LLC, warrants products for one year against defects in material or workmanship, if installed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. For seal products, this warranty is limited to providing a free repair kit to the original purchaser to repair any seal damaged under normal use.
